Treatment Policies

Notice of Cancellation MUST be 24 hrs minimum.

Any cancellation before this timeframe will incur 100% charge of the massage treatment. 

You can reschedule your appointment at the bottom of your booking notification or contact TT directly with more than 24 hrs notice. We thank you for your understanding and respecting our policies.

TT is open Sundays for your convenience but reserve the right to charge an additional 10% for Sundays only. Please keep this in mind when booking. 

TT does work on selected public holidays and reserve the right to additional public holiday surcharges. An additional 10% charge will be applied on these days.
